Analyzes business operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Assists in business process redesign and documentation. Maintains living requirements documentation in accordance with the Departments Project Delivery Methodology (PDM) and in alignment with an agile development team. Assists with organizational change management related to technology solution implementation. Education Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience. Required Experience: 7+ years as a Business Analyst. Primary Job Duties/ Responsibilities: The selected candidate must be able to perform the following duties and/or tasks: Performs thorough determination of user needs at system or process level. Creates process diagrams to document current and future business processes. Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications. Facilitates communication between stakeholders and the Technology Solution Group from initial requirements gathering to final solution implementation. Coordinates with members of the Technology Solution Group to support internal/external web applications, mobile apps and custom SharePoint solutions; Technology Project Manager; Developers on translate requirements into user stories; UX Designer to collaborate on wireframe design; Systems Analyst to create/execute test plans.
