Job Title: PeopleSoft Project Manager Location: San Carlos, CA Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Responsibilities: Minimum of 12+ years of Industrial experience and 5+ years of Project Manager experience across PeopleSoft projects. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft Upgrade projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Should have PeopleSoft HCM/financials 9.2 Upgrade project management experience. Should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore Project Manager based out of India. Experience in working on global projects and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role. Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, stakeholders, and clients, to gather requirements and define project objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, to ensure successful project execution. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment & satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Report and escalate to management as needed. Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation, to ensure the integrity and functionality of PeopleSoft solutions. Drive change management initiatives, including training and adoption strategies, to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize user acceptance.
