Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages. Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution. Select appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components or creating own solutions. Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality. Influence and improve customer satisfaction. Set FAST goals for self/team. Roles and Responsibilities: Participate in planning system and development deployment while ensuring software compliance standards are met. Contribute to the technical vision and influence the product roadmap and vision. Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects. Assist in the discovery phase of large projects to develop high-level design. Collaborate with cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates. Conduct root cause analysis of critical business and production issues. Document testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements. Influence decisions, build consensus, and resolve conflicts constructively and proactively. Support business objectives and ensure the business needs are being met. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required. 6+ years of experience in full-stack application development, focusing on highly scalable & performing Web Applications with Java and React.js. 5+ years of strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React.js, and Redux. 2+ years of strong experience in Cloud platforms, especially Azure. 2+ years of experience in eCommerce software development. 4+ years of experience in developing/architecting high transaction high throughput systems is a must. 2+ years of experience with integrating 3rd party solutions in existing architecture. 3+ years of experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model.
