Must have completed and signed Exhibit E for submission. Job Description : S eeking an Advanced Systems Architect for an upcoming critical project. This contract is expected to last 3 years from the start date of July 1st, 2024. Division of Childrens Medical Services (CMS) is a collection of programs that serve children with special health care needs. Each program provides family-centered care using statewide networks of specially qualified doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities : Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: Design and document application architecture as directed by the Department. Provide technical training and guidance to development team members as directed by the Department. Provide technical guidance to product owner as directed by the Department. Assist Scrum Master with monitoring development team productivity as directed by the Department. Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project (planning sessions, stand-up sessions, review sessions, backlog grooming sessions, pointing sessions, and retrospective sessions) as directed by the Department. Conduct code review as directed by the Department. Work with the Office of Information Technology and development teams to analyze and minimize costs associated with the Azure environment. Qualifications : The selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience : Leadership of a successful development and implementation of an application in Azure environment. 6 years of architect, design and development experience with .NET application and Entity framework. 8 years of experience with MVC. 10 years of Object-Oriented programming, ASP.NET, JavaScript and application development using C#. 4 years of experience working on a project using Scrum. 4 years of experience with Azure Build and Deployment automation processes. 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration (between cloud and on-prem), data warehouse, scheduling VMs, and Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, ARM templates. 3 years of experience with integrating Azure AD into a web application using OpenID Connect. 2 years of experience with Azure ASE and integration with SQL MI.
