| From: Bhuwan Tiwari, Sonitalentcorp [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Role: Data Analyst Duration: 6 months+ Location: Denver, CO Hybrid Local only Visa: USC, GC, H4-EAD only Must-have skills: exp as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer , Database Developer, Data Architect, Business Analyst or similar role; SQL and exp with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake); AWS tech stack (Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift); Salesforce, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau and MuleSoft; edu/gov/healthcare/childcare exp Requirements: Availability to work occationally at the Clients site in Denver, CO (required); Experience working as a Data Analyst (7-9 years); Experience working as Data Engineer, Database Developer, Data Architect, Business Analyst or similar role; Experience with database-backed web applications; Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) - creation of SQL queries to retrieve specific data from disparate data sources by specifying various search criteria; Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake); Experience working with the public institutions, like municipal, state or federal government; Experience in identifying and addressing data quality issues; Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred: Experience in early childhood / early education / health and human services business domain; Experience with both structured and unstructured data, both SQL and NoSQL databases; Experience with columnar databases; Experience with AWS tech stack (Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift), Salesforce, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau and MuleSoft; Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders. Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support decision-making processes.
