Job Description : 10+ years experience in managing multiple medium-to-large scale IT Infrastructure projects / programs collaborating with cross functional teams in the financial services industry. Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder Outstanding collaborative skills and ability to interface across organizational levels and cultures. Ability to develop and leverage relationships. Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment. Capable of executing short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans Excellent customer focus, with experience effectively managing matrix relationships. Skill at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and tactfully. Proven history of time-management, leadership, and people skills Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications are a must.
