In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Flink. You will also collaborate with other engineers to develop and integrate microservices within our application landscape. Responsibilities: Design and develop real-time data pipelines using Apache Flink's DataStream API. Implement data transformations, filtering, and aggregations within Flink pipelines. Integrate Flink pipelines with microservices and other data sources. Develop and maintain microservices using Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other engineers. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Java, Apache Flink, and microservices technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Java developer with 2+ years of experience. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP). Experience with Apache Flink (DataStream API preferred). Experience with microservices architectures and development. Experience with common data structures and algorithms. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
