Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques. Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning algorithms is a plus. Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation techniques. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
