: QE API Automation

Location Chicago & Houston Day1 onsite role

Job Description:

Strong API testing skills with functional and automation

Able to Analyze requirements

Prepare Test Plans, Testing requirements

Good at interaction with Business Teams if any clarifications and work with offshore functional and automation leads to drive the testing

Review Test Strategy/Test Plan/Test Cases

Perform Sanity / Functional / Regression Testing and report the consolidated testing reports and release sign off reports

Participation in Requirements grooming sessions, Scrum, business review calls, and release cut over calls.

Awareness of Bug Life Cycle and report issues, prioritize and represent in release sign offs

Proactive and Get things done attitude

Good communication skills and should be able to handle the project independently

Should be flexible and ready to support in CST

Work on Automation sprint automation model

Work on Maven, TestNG, CI/CD pipeline and Jenkins

Analyse the automation requirements and develop test plan or test approach, derive test estimations

Develop automation scripts & execute them for the releases

Develop/update the framework independently

Develop Test strategy

Work closely with application development team for the requirements gathering and resolve the challenges

Own test cycles and own end to end testing

Adhere to the eQRM process and ensure eQA is completes delivery within estimated

Good communication skills and interact with Clients

Role
: Sr. UX Designer

Location Houston Day1 onsite role 1 month duration

Job Description:

In this role, you will independently partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment, participating in every stage of the design and build process from research, journey mapping, user flows, and exploratory design sprints to wire framing, prototyping, delivery of high-fidelity designs, and iteration with product and engineering through the development process. You have excellent interaction and visual design skills and can communicate design thinking and rationale, leading and influencing during complex design discussions with partners and leaders.

Experience with retail, e-commerce, transactional, rewards or loyalty programs.
A passion for fantastic customer experience and empathy is a must.

Working largely independently lead the UX/UI design of 2-3 projects at a time by optimizing for usability, preference, and ease of adoption.

Ensure designs and user interfaces communicate consistent, effective experiences and messages across all platforms/breakpoints while aligning with the core strategy.

Advocate for and participate in user testing where appropriate, co-crafting the learning agenda with our research and product team.

Facilitate workshops and design sprints with project teams and stakeholders to explore problem spaces, identify pain points, and create alignment; produce summarizing documents for executive share-out where necessary.

Independently partner with product, engineering, and business partners to evaluate the right solution based on feasibility, impact, and budget.

Escalate to your design manager when necessary with solutions and recommendations for the path forward.

Maintain a growth mindset, leveraging soft skills to give and receive feedback graciously and translate critique into a productive direction for the team to act upon.

7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, loyalty, credit card/finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in responsive design and/or native mobile apps.

Expert in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX) - able to synthesize custom elements from an existing design system with native mobile patterns to deliver an effective combination of consistency, familiarity, brand expression, and ease of use.

Comfortable reviewing proposed and implemented work, providing candid feedback to fellow designers and developers, holding the cross-functional team accountable to delivering the application as designed, or arriving at compromises that keep the customer experience at the forefront.

Experienced in gathering end-user input and conducting or participating in usability testing and needs-finding research.

Detail-oriented with excellent work-file organization and respect for sustainable but evolving design processes.

Excellent communicator who has the conviction to champion your point of view but can also successfully collaborate with others.

Develops, plans and analyzes, designs products, and programs computer software that requires extensive research. Utilizes advance knowledge in the field of computer science or software engineering along with advanced knowledge of software development and methodologies.

Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.)

Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks
