End Client: Hitachi Key Skills: Project Manager, Proven experience as a project Manager, preferably in BI platform migrations - Familiarity with Business Objects and Tableau platforms -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Positon: Business Intelligence (BI) Platform Migration Project Manager for Private Banking (migration from Business Object to Tableau) Location: Dallas, TX - open to remote - The Role can be anywhere. Dallas is not a mandate from the customer Start date: ASAP Duration:12 months Lead and oversee the seamless sunset (closing) of Business Objects platform - Drive the migration process to Tableau, ensuring a smooth transition - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and facilitate effective communication - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and key milestones - Identify and resolve any challenges or roadblocks during the migration process - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for project management - Proven experience as a project Manager, preferably in BI platform migrations - Familiarity with Business Objects and Tableau platforms Private Banking financial domain experience is big plus -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
