Has knowledge on Banner Business Processes. Worked with Schools and have Higher Ed experience. Has customer facing experience and Responsible for collecting customer business requirements . Able to write writing test scripts, Plans, testing functionality of applications. Providing day-to-day support to client stakeholders. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Mandatory Skills: Banner 9 modules (Student, FA, AR, Admissions), Banner Self Service. Banner App Nav, Web Tailor Banner Communication Management / Action Item Processing SQL/PL-SQL Nice to Have Skills Knowledge on UC4 schedulers Ellucian Ethos experience Prior Banner implementation experience.
