We have an Urgent Requirement For Position: Power BI Developer Location: San Jose, CA (onsite) Client-TCS Duration: Long Term Contract Requirement: Oversee BI development conducted by offshore team and thoroughly review it. Work personally on BI development Take and clarify BI requirements, participate in design discussions, propose recommendations. Provide support in PST hours. Coordinate work in different time zones. Essential Skills: 5-year development experience with Power BI. 3-year experience with overseeing offshore team. 3-year experience with databases. Experience with data modeling. Ability to lead projects, assist offshore team with BI development and participate in development when needed. Ability to work with stakeholders, understand business requirements and translate them into actionable instructions. Ability to work flexible hours. Self-starter, team player and project driver. Experience with building project plans. Desirable Skills: Experience with Databricks and cloud storage is a big bonus. Experience with Tableau and/or PowerApps is a minor bonus.
