Position: (Sr Project Manager) - Payroll Transformation Consultant Location: 100% remote Duration: Long Term Contract Visa: No H1B/CPT Interview: Video Job Description: Immediate project is supporting a Global Pharmaceutical, on the US integration. This is individual must have experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP) and Workday systems. The role is both planning and strategic conversations with Senior leadership for the transformation, along with overseeing the rollout. Responsibilities: *Project Planning and Strategy: Develop a project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for the payroll transformation. Partner with key stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and ensure project success. *Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance and support to ensure collaboration and effective communication. Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems. *SAP and Workday Expertise: Guide the implementation and configuration of payroll solutions utilizing skillset within both SAP and Workday. Work closely with technical teams to ensure system integrations, data migration, and customization align with project requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP and Workday payroll modules. *Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and challenges in the payroll transformation and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and roadblocks. *Quality Assurance and Reporting: Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders. Generate comprehensive reports on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on payroll transformation projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP/ Global view and Workday payroll systems.
