Role: Sr. .NET Developer with Oracle DB Location: Albany, New York Duration: 30 Months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 9306 Client: NY State Description This position is for an experienced Systems Developer for Central Accounts Payable System (CAPS), used for Administration of Financial Operations. CAPS interfaces with many other internal OCFS applications, including some that are considered Priority/Critical. This position requires specialized, in-depth knowledge of programming concepts and software design techniques. Position includes technical documentation and varied communication with both technical and non-technical staff. Duties Work in coordination with a team of developers to code the current .Net applications in latest version. Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design. Perform testing and review for interfaces with other agency applications. Perform complex coding and financial report development. Assist with responding to data requests from associated systems. The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Portfolio Manager. Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL. Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months experience developing n-tiered, MVC applications utilizing .Net. 4.8 or above. 84 months experience writing and developing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) SOAP and REST Services. 84 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures, and triggers in Oracle databases. 72 months experience in design and developing application reports using Microsoft reporting tools such as SSRS. 72 months experience design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design. 60 months experience doing CI/CD using tools like Azure DevOps performing tasks such as automated builds, writing build & release pipelines, and creating work items.
