Engage and drive basic vendor negotiation(s) to closure. Support tracking/reporting approval from finance, legal, privacy, security, etc. Position: 2 Customer Master Data Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA OR Palo Alto, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6 Moths+ Good Knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce Dotcom) system. Identify and understand source data systems. Become an expert of data sources and flows as well as the appropriate Salesforce tools and fields to which this data would map. Analyze business processes. Create and Manage customer data in SFDC system. Data cleaning and preparation. Data analysis and exploration. Creating data visualizations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Position: 3 Billing Operations Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA OR Palo Alto, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6 Moths+ Validate billing information from various sources. Consolidate information into Excel templates and upload it to Oracle ERP using web based tools. Billing Analyst Responsibilities: Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement. Verifying with other departments that orders have been fulfilled. Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices. Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy. Reviewing sales sheets to ensure the billing of all sales. Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports and resolving any discrepancies. Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications. Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements. Maintaining updated records of accounts receivable. Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines. Position: 4 Analyst 2 Order Management Location: Atlanta, GA OR Palo Alto, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6 Moths+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3-4 years' industry experience in order processing, distribution or invoicing, with specific knowledge of software transactions and general knowledge of revenue recognition Understanding of downstream impacts of order processes Ability and motivation to work efficiently in a multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team. Ability to identify and resolve issues to effectively process orders. Positive, collaborative approach and sound business insight. Ability to work outside of standard office hours as per business requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good work ethic and sense of responsibility. Collaborate with management and product teams to understand what data analysis they need to understand customers and product usage. Use statistics, including hypothesis testing, to analyze data and assess its quality. We are looking for a data analyst who can explore new data, distill insights, and communicate their findings through prepared materials like reports and dashboards as well as informal conversation. Youll be working with multiple partner teams to quickly understand their needs and provide them with the insights they need.
