We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Position Title: IAM Analyst Work Location: Atlanta, GA 30303(Initially Remote) Job Type: 6 Months contract then hire Role and Responsibilities: Work with Business and Application teams to understand current processes Create blueprints of existing processes Create roadmap of IGA and PAM implementation based on current processes and best practices Participate in business and technical requirements Contribute to functional and technical requirements and designs for IAM implementation Create all low-level design and runbooks Support requirements, architecture, and deployments Provide alternative approaches / solutions if certain features have issues / defects Advocate best practices for IAM processes Technical Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM solutioning and implementing Implementing identity lifecycle workflows Application onboarding Good knowledge of writing required documents (SRS, HLD etc.) Good understanding of compliance implementation Personal Skills: Highly proactive and able to work independently. Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to document Information Security policy and briefings with purpose, clarity, and accuracy Strong inter-personal and group/team process skills, problem-solving and judgment skills. Demonstrated experience working and interfacing with cross functional teams Strong systems thinking and analytical approaches to problem solving. Very good presentation and listening skills.
