Responsibilities: Test Automation Strategy: Define and implement test automation strategies and best practices leveraging TOSCA tools to maximize test coverage, minimize manual effort, and improve overall software quality. Automation Framework Design: Architect scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using TOSCA, incorporating modular design principles, reusable components, and data-driven techniques. Test Case Design and Execution: Lead the design and development of automated test cases and test scripts using TOSCA, covering functional, regression, and performance testing scenarios across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Integration with CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate TOSCA automation suites with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling automated testing as part of the software delivery lifecycle. Environment Configuration Management: Define strategies for managing test environments and test data within TOSCA, ensuring consistency and repeatability across different testing environments. Defect Management and Reporting: Implement processes for defect detection, logging, tracking, and reporting within TOSCA, facilitating efficient collaboration between development and QA teams. Performance Testing and Monitoring: Collaborate with performance testing teams to design and execute performance tests using TOSCA, and monitor application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and mentorship to QA engineers and team members on TOSCA automation best practices, techniques, and tools. Tool Administration and Maintenance: Administer TOSCA tools and infrastructure, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in test automation, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices, and evaluate their applicability to our organization's testing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Test Automation Architect or Lead with expertise in TOSCA tools. TOSCA Certifications: TOSCA Automation Engineer certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of TOSCA TestSuite, TOSCA Commander, TOSCA ToscaConnect, and other TOSCA modules. Strong understanding of test automation concepts, frameworks, and methodologies. Test Automation Experience: Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts using TOSCA for web, mobile, and desktop applications. CI/CD Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating TOSCA automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps. Defect Management Tools: Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or TOSCA JiraConnect for defect tracking and reporting. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
