Position: Java developer with NeoXam Location: Weehawken, NJ (Day1-Onsite) Duration: Long term contract Project Scope: Looking for a NeoXam DataHub Developer with strong advanced Java Development skills and extensive experience in handling NeoXam products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain NeoXam DataHub solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Handle integration, customization, and optimization of NeoXam products within the DataHub environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team. REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in advanced Java programming concepts and frameworks. Experience working with NeoXam products, particularly DataHub, is highly preferred. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MySQL is a plus. Certification in Java development or related technologies is desirable.
