This role, which can be filled at either the Senior Developer or Lead Developer level, involves spearheading the development of mobile applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. The level will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate's experience and skill set. Responsibilities: Utilize .NET framework and C# to develop scalable applications, adhering to software best practices. Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Analyze customer requirements and develop software solutions to meet functional and non-functional needs. Provide technical expertise on IT infrastructure, software applications, and architecture. Manage production support issues and work directly with customers as needed. Complete assigned tasks within established estimates and communicate status and issues promptly. Technical Skills: Flutter .NET Framework C# ASP.NET MVC and NodeJS HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Angular, React, Vue) WebAPI Framework, WCF, and WS Extensions Azure Platform (App Services, Service Bus) SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB Message Oriented Middleware (MSMQ, ESB) Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) Level 1: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Software Programming Applications OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8+ years of experience Experience with design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs. Proficiency in multiple phases of software systems programming and multiple programming languages. Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in software & mobile development. Expertise in C# and .NET Platform. Strong mobile app development experience with Flutter. Familiarity with Azure App Services and Azure Service Bus. Experience with DevOps activities (VSTS). Proficiency in Relational Databases, LINQ, and ORM Tools. Understanding of enterprise application fundamentals and API design. Level 2: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Marketing AND 7+ years of software product management or development experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of experience with Associate Degree and 7+ years' experience. Experience in software development and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: Similar to Level 1, with additional emphasis on leadership and product development experience.
