| From: Dinesh, sktecinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Role : OMS Program Manager - Remote Location : Description: The Order Management System Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the order management implementation. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, end-to-end program management and instrumental in oversight and the successful rollout of order management system implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. As a client-facing program manager, you will be working on large implementation projects, setting the overall direction for internal teams, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion ensuring consistency with company and clients strategy, commitments, and goals Key Responsibilities. Lead and manage the Order Management System program, ensuring the successful implementation of order management processes. Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of the Order Management System with other systems (e.g., inventory management, warehouse management, supply chain, ecommerce and customer relationship management). Plan, track, and execute the successful rollout of the Order Management system by working with leadership, technology teams, and other stakeholders. Work with other project managers and other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of scoped objectives. Ensure implementation, delivery and development timelines are met. Conduct scrum ceremonies, weekly program status reviews, tackle roadblocks, escalate, if needed, and ensure the engineering team is on track with deliverables. Oversee the Order Management System program budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions and implements project changes and interventions to achieve project goals. Provide feedback to internal team and development teams regarding process and product delivery. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in order management, warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain management with a track record of program management and process improvement. Experience in managing Order Management system implementations to support Inventory as Service, Promise Date, third-party Logistic, Ship from Store, BOPIS, and Same day Delivery functionalities. Experience in Blue Yonder OMS would be nice to have. Familiarity and knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator at all levels of the organization. Excellent organization and presentation skills. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards Experience with ERP systems and their integration with order management. Knowledge of supply chain management. Familiarity with e-commerce order management best practices. Ability to work in a multi-geography, cross-functional and collaborative environment. Preferred: Experience in managing Order Management system implementations to support Inventory as Service, Promise Date, third-party Logistic, Ship from Store, BOPIS, and Same day Delivery functionalities. Experience in Blue Yonder OMS would be nice to have. Familiarity and knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices. Experience in program management.
