The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget * Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and managing resource allocation effectively * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively * Establish and implement project governance processes and quality control measures * Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders * Ensure project deliverables meet defined business requirements and objectives * Facilitate and lead project meetings, driving decision-making and conflict resolution * Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members * Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and methodologies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field * 8+ years of project management experience, must in a Senior role * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification * Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities * Proficient in project management software and tools * Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Experience with payroll or ERP systems * Experience working on a team of Project Managers, attending meetings, taking notes, and understanding cross-functional needs to maintain organization * Background in government projects is desirable, with the ability to work cross-functionally with senior management on large-scale projects Additional Requirements: * Immediate start availability Keywords: Sr. Oracle ERP Project Manager in Houston TX Locals Only [email protected] |
