Position: SAP SD Functional Location: Charlotte NC (hybrid mode) Exp Range: 10 Plus Duration : 6+ Months Skills: SAP SD, SAP CS, SAP Customer Service, SAP Service Contract, Billing General Skills - Needs to have Good Oral and written communication; good analytical and problem-solving capability Ready to learn, Ready to work in flexible timing based on customer location overlap, shift timings, flexible to put extra efforts, preferable experience in handling international clients SAP certification will be preferred. Worked as independent SAP SD consultant on real life SAP Implementation, Roll-out & Support projects Should have knowledge of project management methodology Job Specific Experience with configuration/Implementation of SAP SD module, and more specifically in Quote management, order processing (including Cross-company processes, schedule agreements, MTO/MTS, STO, GTS), Pricing, ATP, invoicing, debit/credit memos, Sales, Shipping, Transportation planning Billing, Availability Check, Pricing Conditions, Account Assignment, Sales support, Credit management, Listing/Exclusion Material Determination Technologies Involved SAP S4/HANA Exposure to SOLMAN, GRC, FIORI is an added advantage. Business Skills (Most Important Four) Very good knowledge of SD Business processes. Knowledge of Integration with all other upstream and downstream processes engineering / automotive industries business processes Very good understanding of Business process redesigning concepts Should be able to work independently as SD functional consultant from day one of the joining the organisation Technological Skills (Most Important Four): SD configuration (ECC and S4 HANA) Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows. (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis). Project management methodology (S/4HANA Activate) Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Should have experience working in SAP Billing Plans- Periodic and milestone. Knowledge on Interfaces; where in the orders are created in different system outside SAP and then get interfaced to SAP via PI/PO Knowledge of the Revenue recognition model, where we bill the customer every month to recognize the amount in service contracts. Should have experience in Creating/modifying/updating of Work order/Service orders- SAP CS Should be able to perform Month end activity for contract & services. Knowledge on standard Billing document creation program Job monitoring Experience working with custom codes/programs/tables. Support projects experience.
