KINDLY SHARE PROFILES TO Phone: 408-442-3665 | Extn 4285 | Email ID/Hangout : [email protected] Position : Data Quality Analyst Location : Auburn Hills, MI - (HYBRID) Job Type : C2C LOCAL PREFERRED Job Description : Role Overview: The Data Quality Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the definition of data quality standards, requirements, and specifications for data quality controls throughout the data lifecycle. They will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document information, performing data analysis, and conducting assessments of both business and technical processes involved in data management. Additionally, the role involves supporting data quality remediation efforts, defining and developing data quality metrics, and contributing to the overall data quality management framework. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document data quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis of identified data quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement remediation plans. Define and develop data quality metrics and support the development of automated reports and dashboards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data quality improvement. Perform assessments of data content, relationships, and adherence to quality standards. Experience Required: 5 years of experience in data and/or information asset quality management. 3 years of experience in managing data quality monitoring and remediation processes. Proficiency in data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization/cleansing techniques. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across large, complex data sets. Experience using statistical techniques to identify root causes of data quality issues and recommend remediation options. Proficiency in documenting data quality issues and remediation plans. Experience with Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake; proficiency in Python or R is a plus. Skills: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail with the ability to align with the big picture. Multi-tasking and influencing skills.
