This position will be responsible for design & development of automation activities to support continuous integration along with the clients DevOps Team. Location: Pittsburgh, Position Responsibilities Working closely with the developers and test engineers for the Build, Test, Release, Configuration Management activities (Source Control, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Configuration Management) Manage the Branching & Merging Strategy Manage the application life cycle development processes- from development, to QA and production stages Adhering to the build and release timelines Create Installation Packages / Update Installers with VMWare updates Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical or related field Strong skills in Make, CMake, Bash Scripting, CShell Scripting, Python Scripting Proficiency in creating Infrastructure-as-Code Setting Up / Optimizing the Jenkins pipelines on Ubuntu 22.04, and Ubuntu 16.04 Creating product installers on Linux Experience of DevOps on GitLab, Jenkins, Automation of the build systems Understanding of C++ compilers Troubleshooting on Jenkins including node maintenance and setup Expertise in implementing strategies on optimization in product delivery using CI/CD SOUP selection and maintenance Expertise in AWS cloud, Antifactory for CD Knowledge of Medical Device based software CI/CD would be good to have Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Keywords: cplusplus continuous integration continuous deployment quality analyst information technology Pennsylvania Senior Linux Build Engineer [email protected] |
