| Job Title: Oracle Cloud Data Architect Location: Remote (USA) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with expertise in data conversion from Legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, specifically in the functional areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud/EBS Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud functional knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Lead data conversion efforts from Legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud, focusing on Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules. Utilize FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates proficiently to load data into Oracle Cloud, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Define data migration strategies for large-scale global ERP implementations, addressing complexities and dependencies. Establish robust data migration ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, encompassing data extraction, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation phases. Leverage tools, scripts, and FBDI templates effectively to streamline data migration tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Understand critical business processes, master data structures, and transactional data requirements, identifying and addressing relevant dependencies. Demonstrate a deep understanding of master data concepts and dependencies, ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Employ excellent project management skills to oversee data conversion projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud/EBS Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing, with a focus on Oracle Cloud functional knowledge. 5+ years of hands-on experience in data conversion from Legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud, specifically in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing domains. Proficiency in utilizing FBDI templates for data loading in Oracle Cloud environments. Expertise in defining data migration strategies and establishing ETL processes for global ERP implementations. Experience with tools, scripts, and FBDI templates for data migration tasks is highly desirable. Strong understanding of critical business processes, master data structures, and dependencies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
