Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to bhanuprakash@intellectt.com Role: Product Owner (Insurance/Claims) Location: Phoenix, AZ(Hybrid) Contract: 6+ Months Description: 8+ years of experience in developing product requirements & roadmaps, driving product development and management in Insurance/Claims domain. Own & manage projects end to end that are a part of the overall product roadmap. Work with cross-functional teams to understand all existing servicing customer journeys and how they are used across business units today. Translate business requirements and customer needs into defined features & user stories. Manage the backlog of features/user stories and prioritize them into sprints for the tech team to develop according to project timelines. Own & manage the quality of the product you build by managing the User Acceptance Tester. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience effectively managing a backlog using Jira or any other development management software. Related business work experience, with prior history in designing customer and/or agent centric product features/journeys. Good understanding of API Preferred Certified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master certification.
