Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust communication approach & style to accommodate a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in system requirement analysis with the ability to understand and translate business requirement into system requirement through rigorous analysis. Ability to conduct business requirement research with users and document the system process, system issues and pain points. Strong requirement analysis experience and ability to write functional, non-functional, and data requirement and break them down into JIRA stories. Knowledge in Web app, API, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence Experience in solution delivery from an end-to-end perspective (testing, logic, configuration, release, support, issue identification and resolution) Experience in working with multiple systems and providing system integration analysis/requirement. Collaborate with development teams on system design and analysis and solution recommendation. Provide system analysis documents to developers, UX designer, and QM for product implementation. Perform testing to ensure functionalities are implemented accordingly. Can deal with ambiguity, manage complexity & drive for results, ultimately taking end-to-end ownership of the outcome.
