Data Management: Oversee the gathering and secure storage of critical forensic data from multiple sources, utilizing a variety of storage solutions (hot, cold, archive) to protect digital evidence effectively. SOAR Collaboration: Collaborate with the cybersecurity unit to meld our forensics system with the SOAR framework, fostering a quicker, more flexible approach to cybersecurity analytics. Incident Analysis Support: Offer your expertise to the incident response squad, leveraging the forensics platform for insightful analysis of cybersecurity incidents. Ongoing Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine the forensics system to address new cyber threats and organizational demands, keeping abreast of advancements in forensic technology. Education and Documentation: Create and update thorough documentation for our forensic methodologies, and coach the team on digital forensics best practices. What we want to see: 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on digital forensics and incident response. Proficiency in deploying and managing cloud-based security and forensics solutions. Solid understanding of SOAR platforms and their integration with forensics tools. Experience with data collection and analysis from diverse sources (on-premise, off-premise, cloud). Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security practices. Familiarity with managing digital evidence using various storage solutions (hot, cold, archive).
