Must have LinkedIn ERP Business Analyst Our businesses are embarking on a significant process and information technology transformation. We require business analysis and project management talent to lead us through these challenges. The ERP Business Analyst will work with our business partners and developers to conduct process reengineering sessions, define solution requirements, evaluate technologies, and work with internal and external partners to ensure requirements are met. Through analysis and a strong understanding of both IT and our business, this role will help ensure that IT systems align with business needs. The individual in this role should be a leader for the ERP applications and process improvements. Primary responsibilities and/or essential functions include, but are not limited to: Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and format for Production and designing the future state Provide business process analysis including facilitation of process improvement sessions, documentation of existing processes and analysis of possible efficiency gains through technology solutions. Design new technology solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Improve current systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. Identify opportunities for automation and develop stronger systems and processes. Partner proactively with the business units to match needs and opportunities with competing IT solutions. Support the Product Owners in executing User Acceptance Test, and the creation of data for the Test Support Data Migration Efforts from the legacy systems into the new systems, including data cleanup Manage priorities, deadlines and tasks to exceed expectations and accomplish strategic goals. Effectively communicate with users and teammates and relay information well in both written and verbal form. SKILLS/SPECIFICATIONS: Eligible to work in the US w/out sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. At least 1-3 years experience as an IT business process specialist Proven ability to guide technology solutioning and delivery using Product Management methodologies, working with business Product Managers and Owners to develop strategic road maps, and manage prioritized backlogs of demand Proven experience leading business process workouts. Exposure/expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or other quality and agile frameworks preferred. SAFe framework expertise or certification preferred. Proven experience collaboratively building business case/ROI for Technology investments with Product Management partners. Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as microservices, APIs, and complex data streaming. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technology plainly to people with a wide range of experience (developers to non-technical senior executives). Ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies and lead by influence. Occasional travel (10%) may be required. Hybrid working model. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in IT, Finance, Business or Accounting required Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience in corporate environment.
