Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions. Write/Debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formulas. Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area. Work with offshore onshore team to ensure client satisfaction. Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources. Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Conduct client workshops/configuration/ on the module. Experience in creating workflow and security for the module.
