This role requires strong technical leadership qualities, experience in agile methodologies, and a good understanding of the wealth management industry, particularly in the Registered Investment Advisor space. Salesforce Administration and Development: Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, customization, and data integrity. o Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code. o Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud o Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns o Experience with SOQL o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in Salesforce. o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. o Salesforce Certified PHP Development and WordPress Management: Develop and maintain custom PHP applications to support various business needs. o Manage WordPress sites, including theme customization, plugin development, and performance optimization. o Ensure the security and stability of WordPress installations and implement best practices for site management. Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical leader within the team, guiding and mentoring junior developers. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities. o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Agile Environment: Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. o Prioritize and manage workload effectively to deliver high-quality solutions within sprint timelines. o Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the development team. Industry Expertise a Plus: Utilize deep understanding of the wealth management industry, particularly in the Registered Investment Advisor space, to design and implement solutions that address specific industry challenges and requirements. o Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact our systems and processes.
