Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (CAC). Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Experience in coaching Agile transformation initiatives at scale. Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Agile principles. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
