You can also share visa copy at [email protected] Role: Sr Business Systems Analyst Location :Philadelphia, PA (local to Philadelphia)/hybrid Duration :6+month Visa : Any (Except H1b) ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of Health Rules, health claims, and systems such as Facets and QNXT would be a significant advantage. Required Skills and Experience: Ability to creat e clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Understanding of health rules, health claims processing, and familiarity with healthcare systems such as Facets and QNXT would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting requirements and system specifications. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify and resolve issues or obstacles encountered during the project lifecycle effectively. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively. Nice to have/ Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of health insurance processes, including HealthRules and claims processing. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
