JD: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product delivery. Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to improve team efficiency and product quality. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to keep the team aligned and focused. Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to mitigate risks and resolve issues. - Should have knowledge of micro-service, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns Development background in the past is essential in SOA, micro-service or integration using Java. - Telecom background is a plus Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
