Role Title : Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect Duration: 6 months + Location : Remote but onsite only on Wednesdays (Red Wing, MN) Interview : Skype Large scale enterprise architect formal recent experience Ability to demonstrate and gain buy in with all audiences; establish quick rapport and credibility Breadth across tech (it will not work to have depth in only one skillset) Reinsurance isnt required but commercial risk would be beneficial for this person. MUST HAVE: 10+ years solutions design and implementation experience at line of business or enterprise level 5+ years of experience in design and architecture at enterprise level Proficiency in IT governance and SDLC Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as determine resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems that involve remote and elusive symptoms, often spanning multiple environments in a business area. Business case development for initial and follow-on work Manage and direct multiple engagements developing key architecture artifacts and standards while following an architecture development process. Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems. Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. Proficiency in Systems engineering techniques such as portfolio analysis, analysis of alternatives, and architecture modeling Proficiency in business process modeling & reengineering Proficiency in various architecture disciplines like Application, Data, Security and Infrastructure.
