Knowledge of other ITSM tools at a similar level would be an advantage. Superior written and oral communication skills. Agile Service Management (release and deployment strategies) ITIL and ServiceNow Certifications is mandatory Excellent architecture and technical support documentation skills Strong focus in adherence to out of the box features provided by ServiceNow Strong project management skills understanding assignments, tracking/monitoring progress, and reporting on status Strong interpersonal communication and consultation skills with an ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
