Please share your profiles to [email protected] or you can reach me at 972-580-0247 Ext 253 and Moblie:469-436-7175 Job Title: Automation Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Client is Trainz/Old Republic Responsibilities: Must be capable of creating test scripts in C# from scratch Analyzes project requirements and develops test plans, test cases and other testing documentation Assists in development and execution of defined test automation processes, Identifies functionality that can most benefit from test automation and helps implement its automation. Executes manual and automated test scripts Works with the team to maximize quality of deliveries Contributes towards initiatives that improve the consistency and quality of RamQuest products Ensures testing processes are followed, minimizes errors and meets release dates Works with the development team and participates in reviews at all phases of the software development cycle Required skills: 5 years test automation experience is required, BA preferred 3-4 years of experience using C# 5+ years of hands-on knowledge of OPS concept, automation development and debugging Strong SQL knowledge, ability to write queries against multiple databases Strong knowledge of Web Services using REST technology Strong working knowledge of Selenium Page Object Model or similar automation architecture. Working knowledge of the Agile process. Ability/willingness to handle competing demands on limited time Passionate customer advocate Flexible, able to adjust quickly and positively to change Quick learner seeks out new skill sets required for success Knowledge of Title Insurance or related industry, a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Expected Work Culture: At a minimum, the ability to work from (8:00, 8:30 or 9:00am) to (5:00, 5:30 or 6:00pm) Monday through Friday. Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events. Ability to accept supervision. Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
