Design and implement proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of emerging technologies in addressing business challenges. Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, increase productivity, and drive operational efficiency. Work closely with development teams to integrate new technologies into existing software applications and systems. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies such as GenAI, machine learning, artificial intelligence etc. Experience applying emerging technologies to solve complex business problems and drive innovation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
