The Analyst will utilize Excel and the tracker tool effectively to manage and review deals. The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining a robust data structure for deal metrics, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating easy access for analysis. Day-to-Day Production Commercial Integration Analysis The Analyst will provide thorough analysis on day-to-day production issues, which could include Commercial Integration Break/Fix/Broker tasks. The Analyst will leverage tools such as Excel and ServiceNow for tracking and resolving these issues associated to CI Break Fix. The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining a robust data structure for findings associated to analysis need for CI Break/Fix ensuring data integrity and facilitating easy access for analysis. Additional Considerations Knowledge of the Cisco sales lifecycle will be considered a strong asset. Experience with front-end SFDC and commerce platforms, specifically CCW, is also highly desirable.
