Installs, configures, and maintains voice, data, radio and video equipment, and inventory. Voice, data, radio and video network connection maintenance, moves, adds, and changes; Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) installation, configuration and maintenance; storage and server (virtual and physical) provisioning, power and cabling. Performs routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted and optimum system performance. Troubleshoots voice, data, radio, video systems and cabling to determine cause(s) of failure and resolves problems including relocation of wiring infrastructure; ensures compliance with warranties and/or specifications. . Documents, configures, tests, and debugs infrastructure issues relating to: voice network, data network, radio network, video server or storage (physical and virtual). Performs system administration and other recurring tasks, including server maintenance, system back-ups. Monitors appropriate usage and performance of systems in accordance with plans and standard guidelines and procedures. Performs as a member of a team, answering questions, sharing expertise, and contributes to team effectiveness. Performs responsibilities according to the IT Department's defined processes and procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
