This individual will be asked to participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle. Requirements gathering, design, development, testing/ QA, implementation, training, and maintenance. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Please do not submit candidates with less than the required years of experience in each section. IT Experience Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Strong oral and written communication, customer service, and time management skills Expertise in IT project management, including the ability to develop, track, and manage project work plans. Experience developing and maintaining documentation for procedures and processes OTHER DEVELOPMENT SKILLS JavaScript HTML CSS AJAX jQuery Bootstrap JSON XML Data conversion/migration Writing complex SQL queries, Functions & Store Procedures Writing console and batch applications for data interfaces Developing web services using WCF Windows Communication Foundation Team Foundation Server/ GIT Source Code Management Expertise in designing and implementing web-based applications using a Microsoft platform. Experience in the full application/systems development life cycle, including analysis, requirements definition, design, technical specifications research, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
