Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP preferred (D365 ERP) Experience managing teams that are geographically separated and working in different time zones. Experience working with C level customer stakeholders Proven ability to discuss and drive meaningful conversations, conduct workshops with large business groups cutting across various Retail and Finance(F&O) functions and create road maps Understanding of End To End retail business process (In food and beverage industry would be an advantage) Through understanding of Inventory management, Purchase Process, Retail Sales Process with POS, Warehouse Management and Backoffice is needed Ability to walk customers through the retail business process (B2B and B2C) and suggest improvements and bringing efficiencies.
