| Hi Contract Role: Senior Business Analyst (Collateral Management) Exp 11+ Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Job Description: Business Analyst Engage with the client early in the life-cycle to consult on the business processes, guides the team in analyzing business requirements and maps the same to the process within the product / package so as to enable optimum utilization Review requirements and solution alternatives, to-be process maps and other solution design deliverables; do different types of modeling; guide the team For large and complex engagements: create detailed design along with other team members Guide the team in configuring the application in line with the Design Documents, plan the activities for configuration and development with PM, work with product vendors to resolve product issues, work with the client to get requirement clarifications and user sign off on key changes In depth experience with Collateral IT processes at Commercial Bank from Data to UI to Calculations Worked as Senior BA on new software application development effort from initial request all the way to postproduction Comfortable in one on one, leading meetings with 20+ people along with negotiating resolutions Ability to: Understand business Collateral terminology at Commercial Bank Mentor and work with lines of business on their process design to interface well with a new IT solution Work with lines of business to Identify the issues and opportunities for the new business process and map to the new product / package to enable optimum utilization Identify and work within constraints of the IT solution and lines of business Understand conceptual data architecture and create conceptual data models if required Create Process Models Keep the Project Manager and Product Manager appraised of status, opportunities, and issues Work with Project Manager and Product Manager to identify the higher-level deliverables for planning and tracking to ensure on time delivery of product Assist with Product Backlog grooming Know when things are at risk of not being delivered or need more research Create action plans / options to overcome roadblocks Sensitively challenge both IT and lines of business to look for or consider options when issues encountered, or better options are available Define Epics, features, and stories for Agile development.
