The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of banking, lending and credit reporting, automated bill payment solutions, and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data structures while navigating databases. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders, and users to gather and understand requirements for financial software applications. Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Demonstrate a deep understanding of credit reporting mechanisms and automated bill payment solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in loan origination and financial software development. Proficiently navigate and query SQL databases to extract and analyze relevant data. Organize knowledge in collaboration tools (i.e. wiki's) through creative easy to navigate constructs. Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts. Provide technical support and expertise during the SDLC. Take ownership of the user story creation process from inception to development ready Propose and implement effective solutions to optimize system performance and user experience. Mandatory Skills: A minimum of five years of related experience, or equivalent training and / or work experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment Proven experience in technical analysis and support for application software development in the banking or financial sector Prior experience with complex software system architecture to produce clear and accurate technical documentation. Strong proficiency in navigating databases and writing SQL queries. In-depth knowledge and experience working in software applications that support credit reporting, automated bill payment solutions, and loan origination processes.
