They ride themselves on technology to innovate as they currently have nearly 30 proprietary apps with ERP and CRM platforms. All are homegrown and supported internally. They have a team of software developers in house as well as MSP. They have already implemented AI and believe there are about 5 more apps that will utilize AI Solutions. Woolbright is looking for someone who can develop platforms and take them to the next level. This candidate will have 5 immediate projects to begin with, with an end date for the end of this year. These projects will focus on bot automation. Skill set: Experience utilizing LLM models, Langchain, Python (REQUIRED), frameworks (piTorck and Lotame Index). Candidate does not have to be green, just someone who has AI developing experience and is SEASONED/mid-tier to advanced. Looking for 2-3 years under belt with AI. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), LangChain, and Python programming to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing AI technologies and applying their skills to develop cutting-edge solutions. As an AI Developer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and systems that leverage the power of language models to solve complex problems and deliver value to our organization and partners. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLM) such as but not limited to OpenAI's GPT, including customization and fine-tuning models to meet specific project requirements. Develop applications and services utilizing LangChain to integrate language models into broader systems or workflows, enhancing their utility and effectiveness. Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, adhering to best practices in software development and AI model integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, software engineers, data analysts, graphic designers and other members of management, to define project specifications, identify challenges, and devise innovative solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, language models, and related technologies, and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, contributing to their growth and the overall success of the project. Document development processes, algorithms, and technologies used in solutions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and maintenance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) or equivalent work experience are preferred. Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications. Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in software development and AI model integration. Demonstrable experience with LangChain for creating and managing language model-powered applications. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and their practical applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to think creatively and outside the box. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI services. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices. Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant AI research fields. Python programming. Microsoft Megatron-Turing NLG, Google PaLM, OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, or similar models. LangChain, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. Advanced prompt engineering. Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Vector databases (GCP Vector Search, ChromaDB, Pinecone, PQ Vector, or similar).
