Role: GCP Cloud Network Engineer Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local candidates only. Job Description: As a GCP Cloud Network Engineer, you will be a part of a smart cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. You will work with a large financial client integrating their on premise networks with Google cloud. Qualifications: Knowledge on Physical Architecture and interconnect firewalls and its setup. Knowledge of IP Addressing schemes / NAT Translation Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Networking. Able to create, review and update network designs in google cloud. Experience with shared VPCs, firewalls, private service access, subnets, VPN tunnelling, load balancing. Setting up VPN between on- prem and cloud (GCP). Experience of interconnects and HA-VPN. Knowledge of how to configure external hub and spoke ingress/egress. Strong knowledge of Google DNS services. Hands on knowledge of working on Terraform modules and managing CI/CD pipeline. Excellent communication skills. Set yourself apart with: Former experience of working in a secure banking environment (regions/network borders etc).
