The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ManMan functionalities across Manufacturing, Finance, OTC, and S2P domains. Responsibilities: Analyze current business systems, particularly ManMan, and propose enhancements to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. Develop, implement, and provide training on Information Technology solutions to optimize system usage. Perform programming modifications within the ERP system to meet evolving business requirements. Collaborate in strategic planning for infrastructure upgrades, particularly in transitioning to SAP. Act as a backup to the internal ManMan Lead. Monitor system performance and security, ensuring smooth ticket flow and addressing issues promptly. Requirements: Proven experience as a ManMan Administrator, preferably in a Manufacturing setting. Proficiency in analyzing and enhancing business systems, specifically within ManMan. Strong programming skills to make necessary modifications within the ERP system. Experience in strategic planning and transitioning between ERP systems, especially to SAP, is advantageous. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
