Domain Knowledge of Payroll, Helps Must be able to understand the project goal and lead and push through execution track and report, bugs failures alike Must have excellent communication skills Technical Skills Testing Must have strong Personality SAP Nice to Have Responsibilities: Oversee and lead efforts to multiple stakeholders Managing Test Activities, such as overseeing execution, in the end vendor, intake to cut the payroll check HR Payroll Processing Leads the entire QA effort by providing leadership direction Responsible for leadership of given project managing test activities on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives Manages global testing services delivery for a particular engagement inclusive of onshore and offshore resources Manages offshore delivery center long-term resourcing plan strategy in alignment with QA Group's strategic growth plan Ensures that the team follows QA Group quality requirements, testing standards, guidelines, and test methodologies Looking forward to work with you!
