This position will be assigned functional analyst responsibilities. Experience with the ongoing maintenance and support of scanning and indexing with OpenText ICC/BCC (Invoice/Business Capture Center) using OCR Configuration and enhancement of OpenText S/4 VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) including customization Complex Invoice workflow approval design Process Type determination sequence for different document types Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios Custom coding and modification of OpenText VIM Standard VIM Reports Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is must for this role Basic understanding OpenText Archiving, ICC and VIM system installation The ability to train invoice in BCC and be familiar with the training methods to increase matching recognition (ART, SnapMatch, and training of a constant value) Analyze fit/gap for business processes, translating requirements into specs, writing business process documents, and maintaining the BPML Participate in project and design reviews and ensure that these meet design principles and standards Assist in driving, prioritizing, and managing scope changes, along with defect management Assist with communication with users and developers; functional unit tests; user acceptance tests; cutover tasks, and ongoing support Keywords: sfour Massachusetts SAP S4 OpenText Functional Analyst [email protected] |
