Requirements: Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials (10+ years). Experience working in public sector (state or federal government) (3+ years). Experience with PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2. Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years. Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Experience and skills in Project Management and in project risk identification. Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum. Preferred: Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements. Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities. Experience and skills to assess the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality. Experience in PeopleSoft Financials Grants module. Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM.
